• Safer Communities through more support and oversight of Law Enforcement contract

• Adopt or Amend General/Specific Plans along city original formation guidelines

• Sensible Development that supports and reflects common sense and wishes of the Community/Residents

• Address high density housing negative impacts

• Consider all options - including Moratoriums - Pause - Legal Action

• Address unmitigated impacts from neighboring agencies

• Better Coordination with School Districts - Schools

• Develop More Community Parks for Kids and adult activities

• Work to support the Business Community and Community Access to local Service

• Open Transparency of City Operations, Plans and Projects

• Align Budget expenditures to the city and community needs - not outside agents

• Improve Community Access to address their concerns to city leadership
